Samsung to optimize its Smartphones with 64-bit CPUs in 2014.Samsung's CEO JK Shin announced that the company will add 64-bit CPUs in their 2014 flagships and 2014 might be the year of launching Samsung Galaxy S5, so hopefully the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be launched with the 64-bit CPU.Apple recently delivered iPhone 5S with the 64-bit CPU and iOS 7 is optimized for the 64-bit CPU and Android is yet to optimize for it.
If Samsung has a plan to introduce 4GB RAM devices so the 64-bit CPUs are the must have component for 4GB RAM devices and there is a chance that Samsung will introduce 4GB RAM devices as they recently launched Galaxy Note 3 with 3GB of RAM and we are very hopeful that Samsung will introduce Galaxy S5 with the 4GB of RAM.
